Gwynn Riley has worked for Marion Hill Associates in multiple capacities since 2006. After attending West Virginia University he took an administrative position in 2010. Gwynn has served as General Manager of Marion Hill since 2018.

Samuel Trapp has worked for Marion Hill Associates since 2014 after spending more than 40 years as a Project Manager for site work, municipal sewer, and excavation contractors. Sam has worked internationally and specializes in Marion Hill’s subsea manhole installations.

Tammy has worked for Marion Hill Associates since 2012 after working as an accounting professional for over 20 years in New Mexico. Tammy handles all accounting responsibilities as well as any internal operations.

Jim Carr started with Marion Hill Associates in 2021 as a QC Manager and now serves as a Project Manager. Jim attended Bowling Green State University and graduated with a degree in Construction Management. He has worked on Heavy Civil construction since starting in the business in 2005.

Jeff started with Marion Hill Associates in 2023 in a new position of Safety and Compliance. Jeff has worked in Heavy Civil Construction for 25 years. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in Safety Sciences. Jeff is a Certified Safety Professional.

Tom has been with Marion Hill Associates since 2010. Tom has worked as a Diver, Pile Driver, Foreman, Estimator, and Project Manager for his entire career. Tom served in the US Army as a Paratrooper and has overseen Marine Construction projects all over North America.

Mike Folweiler started with Marion Hill Associates after graduating from Commercial dive school at Diver’s Academy International in 2006. He started as a Diver and worked up to Dive Supervisor, Superintendent, and General Superintendent.

Randy Work started with Marion Hill Associates in 2018 as a Marine Construction Foreman. He has 10+ years of Marine Construction and Crane Operating experience. Randy is a licensed NCCO Crane Operator and now serves as a Project Manager/Operator.

Alex started with Marion Hill Associates in 2015 and has worked his way up to Technical Supervisor. Alex manages all barge support projects and any marine surveys. Alex is a licensed NCCO Crane Operator and has a Steersman License to pilot towboats.

“When I started Marion Hill Associates in 1980, my goal was to establish ourselves as the best Commercial Diving Contractor in the Pittsburgh market. It became clear that there needed to be an organization of competent and driven people to perform the work. Since that time, Marion Hill Associates evolved to meet the ever-changing challenges that our customers face. Over the years, we have grown from a specialty diving contractor to a Heavy Civil Marine Contractor. While I’m certainly proud of the work we have done, we will not remain complacent in our focus to perform the best possible work. That same driven mindset I felt in 1980 will propel us forward, and we will continue to answer the phone 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year as we look forward to the future.”
